French Residence

Full Passive House retrofit of a historic 1904 Victorian family home in Oak Park, IL. This house was retrofit with double stud super-insulated walls, triple pane windows, an airtight building envelope, geothermal heat pump and water heater, a highly efficient ventilation system, and modern finishes throughout the
uniquely utilized interior. The project also includes a rear addition to the home, and a new highly efficient coach house to replace the existing garage.

Steelyards - Chicago

Steelyards is a 19-story, 350-unit mixed use building for a new neighborhood development of the former steel yards of Chicago.
Industrial inspired design features steel gantry as an exterior structure where glass approaches and
recedes from.

7th Ave Apartments

A 6-story apartment building
featuring 27 1-bedroom units, 1st floor parking garage with hydraulic lift system and electric vehicle charging stations, and 2nd floor community room and courtyard. Each unit enjoys a balcony with a view of downtown Long Beach.

Graduate Work

An exploration into affordable, sustainable homes to address the housing and rising climate crisis in California. The project consisted
of a micro-housing unit (350 sf or less) that could serve as a detached unit on a shared property.
